Subject: Dan and Brent
Dear Sir,
During the week of June 23, 2008 we had siding and soffit covers installed on our home at (addressed removed for privacy). We want to express our gratitude for a professional installation. Dan dn Brent were polite and friendly, they explained what they were doing when asked and made suggestions on how we could finish some of the small tasks we have remaining.
Our materials arrived two days late (beyond their control), but Dan and Brent started the preliminary work anyway and worked through the weekend even though the temperature reached 100 degrees. In today’s environment good customer service is not always present. I would recommend your product and services to others based on the treatment given to me and my family.

They guys were on time and very courteous, and in between installing the windows, the guys stopped work for a couple of minutes just long enough for me to take our dog an akita outside for a potty break. That was a real plus in my book.
Dan and his crew were always polite and answered all my questions and never heard them utter any foal language.
